If you are not vaccinated against Covid-19, have had Covid-19 in the last 4 weeks, or are experiencing any Covid-19 like symptoms (cough, congestion, fever, etc.), we kindly ask that you wear a mask while in our office. Please respect our rules while in the office, we only wish to promote a safe environment for all of our patients and staff.
